We are most likely to make meaningful change when we practice a new skill repeatedly. Learning is rarely sufficient to drive change. We are also more likely to feel committed and maintain practice when we are held accountable. So I typically spend my time one-to-one and in small groups, where we can build a connections that supports accountability.

INDIVIDUAL LEADER

You and I will meet 1:1 to help you achieve goals for yourself and your team. Think of me as a partner and extension of yourself, with me supporting your ongoing improvement. I am best equipped to help with customer strategy, operational improvements, and the creation of team cohesion.

SMALL LEADERSHIP GROUP

I am also happy to meet with small leadership groups who share management responsibility within a working group. The approach and benefits are the same as when I work with an individual, but with a small group instead of 1:1.

SPEAKING + WORKSHOP

In some situations where we hope to reach a larger audience, I am happy to join your team offsite or small conference to educate the group about the importance of psychological safety in a thriving work environment, filled with happy workers and highly effective teams. We will align on desired takeaways in support of the audience, with the hope that the event can inspire ongoing practice of the concepts.
